We had a pleasant stay at Canopy by Hilton, everything was exceptional but the beach was a bit rocky and shallow. There are plenty of good beaches close by through, we highly recommend you to rent a car to try different beaches on the island.
Ari and Julia were super friendly and all the other hotel staff.

酒店距離機場開車30-40分鐘，不算近但勝在去年新開業設施完備，有足夠大的停車場，對租車的朋友非常友好，附近很近的距離就有一家租車行，價格低廉，老闆娘特別友善，我們預訂的精緻特大床套房，房間足夠大，陽台也是寬敞明亮，每天會打掃衞生鋪床2次，酒店前台服務意識差，HB晚餐是否能去新開餐廳用餐得到了三種答案，回覆不統一，我們住了四個晚上，被前台告知車壞了不能去姊妹酒店mango house，很讓人失望，餐廳員工沒有清理餐桌意識，如果再添置一些水上娛樂活動就好了

We had a fabulous family holiday here in Feb 25. We stayed a little over a week and used the in hotel car service to hire a car and fully explore Mahe. The hotel is new, only a year old and that was one of the attractions. Other places suffered from negative reviews as they had aged. We had two rooms which interconnected for the family and we had great views of the pool and the sea beyond it. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and spacious. A little more clothes space would be good and a few more hangers were provided when requested. There is one restaurant and one pool bar and just offsite but in the same development there is a further restaurant for evening meals. We enjoyed eating at all of them and found the half board package to work well for our family. Sometimes service went a bit off piste and dishes were missed or a bit slow coming, but when mistakes were pointed out then they were rectified with good grace. We had an awesome time here, I’d highly recommend it. We did appear to be in the minority staying for as long as we did. A French family with kids also did the same. Lots of faces were only there for a day or two before moving on.

It’s a beautiful new hotel were the staff is doing an excellent job. Friendly, courteous and always with a big smile they made us feeling very welcome. Special thanks to manager Bram and colleagues at the restaurant. He was always around, greeting guests, giving attention and fulfilling their needs. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. What we didn’t like was the loud music at the pool at the end of the afternoon. We stayed in the right wing of the complex (facing the sea), where there is also a pool, and it was bearable. So you can more or less evade that. I would not recommend this hotel if you prefer a private luxurious quiet setting. But I also think the hotel is not intended as such.

Island beautiful. Staff very good and hotel mostly well presented however lack of attention to some safety issues and foreseeable risks led to my daughter suffering a fractured foot. Poor on-site support, lack of aftercare and Hilton, their hotel and their insurers not dealing with the matter in a timely manner. Extremely disappointing.

The island is beautiful. Staff are very good and the hotel is well presented in parts however in our opinion there is a lack of attention to some clear and foreseeable risks to customer safety - unsafe grassed ‘sports areas’, uneven, worn and stony surfaces used for games, a broken trampoline that went unattended to for the duration of our stay and various missing pool tiles were clearly attract a risk. My daughter suffered a fractured foot on site and there was a lack of attention by staff (albeit they were aware of the incident) and extremely poor after care on return home. This was meant to be a family celebration. - special birthday and graduation celebration but alas spoilt by this incident. The hotel, their insurers and Hilton Guest Assistance have been extremely unhelpful in the five months of dialogue since our return which has led to this post. We have invited you to deal with this and it is so very disappointing that you treat your customers like this Hilton and we will be escalating accordingly.

From the very first moment, we liked the Canopy. The atmosphere, the whole staf , the view, the cleanliness. The breakfast so extensive, and the restaurants very tasty. A stop for the local bus very nearby. A downside mighr be the early closing of the pool/ garden entrance coming back after 8 o’clock in the evening. But also for that they founded a solution. Anyhow we can highly recommend this hotel .
